Summer isn’t a time to slack off in your college work. It’s your time to GET IT DONE!

You should be working on college lists, visiting schools, researching clubs and camping out on college websites, and working on your applications and essays. You’ve got more time than during the school year, so GET MOVING!

My clients know that my expectation is that they will come to our summer meeting in July or August with their rough draft of the big Common App essay ready for my review. I’ll proofread it and make suggestions where needed, and then they will revise and work on the remaining supplemental essays and writing work for colleges over the rest of the summer. By the start of school, their essays and supplements are READY TO GO and we upload them!
